Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Methods

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer Standard, Priority, Express, and Overnight shipping.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment.
Pure CBD Solutions is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, delivery carrier issues, or natural disasters.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Pure CBD Solutions ships to addresses within the United States only. PO Box addresses are accepted as well.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Pure CBD Solutions works very diligently to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.  If you received a damaged item, please contact us at 662-253-8099.
